We had a 5:30 a.m. wake up call yesterday morning and we were all hurting pretty good. Nerves were running full throttle because of black Wednesday (elimination day). Everyone was quiet on the ride over. I felt confident that I would not be in the bottom three, but you never know so you have to be over prepared every moment you are here.

When the elimination show started there was no telling who would be in the bottom three. Heather had a tough time with "If It Makes You Happy" and she thought she would end up on the chopping block. Daphna sang "Rock the Casbah" in the wrong key so she assumed she would be in the elimination round. J.D. was stressing because INXS didn't dig his version of Queen's "We Are the Champions."

As you know it turned out that both Daphna and Heather got the axe and we all freaked. We didn't see it coming. Now the house feels empty. It was sad to see them go but we all got two steps closer to the INXS gig so there was a good feeling to make it into the top ten.
